1. Tripling our reach: 3x more locations on Flexspace AI

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve expanded our platform to encompass three times as many locations as we started with at the beginning of 2024. This milestone reflects the growing number of operators leveraging our e-commerce platform on their websites, offering coworking space customers a frictionless booking experience, expanded choices, and attractive pricing. 

2. Explosive membership growth: 10x Increase

Growing coworking communities is at the heart of everything we do, and this year, memberships have grown tenfold! In particular, they’re gaining significant traction as an e-commerce offering, with more customers booking them directly on the platform. This remarkable growth underscores the trust and satisfaction of members, who have found value in what is being offered. We’re committed to continuing this upward trajectory by delivering unmatched e-commerce experiences for our partners and their customers. 

3. Boosted average order value: 40% increase

In 2024, we witnessed a 40% increase in the average order value across the Flexspace AI platform. The average duration of bookings for meeting rooms lasting four hours or more rose by 16%, leading to a higher order value for meeting rooms. This reflects not only the increasing engagement of users but also the effectiveness of the enhancements we’ve made to make booking streamlined and seamless. 

4. Dynamic pricing success: More than 50% revenue growth

Thanks to the implementation of our groundbreaking dynamic pricing for coworking spaces, our partners achieved a more than 50% revenue growth this year. By aligning pricing with demand trends and customer behavior, we optimized value for coworking space operators.

5. Launching the AI-powered e-commerce marketing package

This year marked a significant innovation milestone with the introduction of our AI-powered e-commerce marketing package. Designed to help businesses drive growth through personalized, data-driven strategies, this package has already garnered enthusiastic feedback and delivered measurable results for early adopters.
