Is Flexspace different from workspace aggregators and coworking spaces?

Yes, Flexspace is an enterprise on-demand workspace platform that makes it simple for your employees to book workspace from our network of coworking space partners. You can also set spending limits, view booking and spending reports, and integrate Flexspace into your company’s calendaring system.

What kind of spaces do you offer?

We offer desks, offices and conference rooms through our large network of coworking space partners. These can be booked for a day, or you can book multi-day passes.

What does Flexspace cost? Do you add any markup to workspaces?

We offer several pricing models and we never mark up the workspaces. The price you see in Flexspace is the same you would get directly from that coworking space.

How do my employees book space?

Once you’re up and running on Flexspace, employees can immediately start booking from our online app. We can also integrate into your company’s Google Calendar so employees can book space directly in a calendar invite. More calendar integrations are coming soon.

How does my company get started with Flexspace?

Will my employees still have to submit time consuming expense reports?

No. Flexspace eliminates the expense report hassle for your employees and also makes it simple for you to set spending limits. You can view reports within Flexspace to track usage, spending, and workspace booking trends.

We’re fully remote, how can Flexspace help us?

Remote employees often want a change of scenery for certain types of work, or may need a space for in-person collaboration. With Flexspace remote teams can book coworking space whenever they want, even when traveling.

We’re back in the office full-time, how can Flexspace help us?

With Flexspace you can offer full-time office employees simple access to extra overflow conference rooms, space for offsite meetings, and workspace for traveling employees.

Do employees need to enter a username and password every time they log in?

We offer single sign-on capabilities and can integrate directly into your calendars so employees never need to worry about remembering a username and password.

Can you help with workspace in cities not listed in the app?

Yes, while our network covers most cities in the United States, Flexspace customers also have access to our concierge service that can find them workspace in areas that are not in our app yet.

Is Flexspace only for companies or can I sign up as an individual?

Today, Flexspace is just for companies but we will be offering the app to individuals in the future. Contact us to find out more.
