Terms

Base Service(one-time setup fee):

On-Demand(day passes, meeting rooms, day offices):

10%

Memberships(coworking, dedicated desk, private offices, etc.):

10% for the first 3 months, 3% from months 4 to 18, and $0 after 18 months.

Marketplace(Flexspace enterprise network):

20%

By opting in and submitting this form, you agree to integrate the Flexspace ecommerce platform on your coworking space microsite.
